Synopsis: In Bamako, there are two hills facing each other yet separated by the Niger River. Bamako University, supposedly, “the hill of knowledge” sinks into chaos day after day. L’Association des élèves et étudiants du Mali (AEEM) which is the single union of Malian students, rules using racketeering, corruption and electoral fraud. In other words, these union leaders learn techniques of government that they will apply tomorrow when they become political leaders.
